Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Google Classroom is an excellent tool for maximizing your face-to-face teaching time and improving ways to distribute projects to students. Elementary schools teachers that participate in this workshop will gain the flexibility to engage students in collaborative and constructive learning activities through Google Classroom. Participants will also be able to improve their class organization: quickly create assignments, provide feedback efficiently, and communicate with students with ease. This presentation will also facilitate the process of customizing and differentiating assignments.
In addition, the platform encourages students to become aware of their role as digital citizens. Teachers can reduce the impact teaching has on the environment by going paperless and reducing the weight of backpacks. On a professional level Classroom is a great tool that facilitates collaboration both locally and globally. This session is ideal for teachers who are new to using Google Classroom and want to get their digital classroom up and running. Teachers will be able to create their own Google Classroom, post announcements, assignments and question in their stream.
